The Highbury Square site is famous for the former home of Arsenal FC and now comprises blocks of residential apartments built mainly within the original stand structures cica.2010. The building blocks have external cladding which, as part of this Contract, shall be replaced to mitigate any risk of future fire propagation via the cladding except for the East building which is Grade 2 listed.
Yates Associates were contacted by Jo Wright, Associate Director of the London office of Manchester based Thomasons, construction consultants, to quote for a MEP project visual survey. Our role was to view every elevation noting all indicative hardware and transferring this information to a report and issued as part of the 2024 tender package.
