Office re-furb
A development by Capcom Financial Services and architecture by Mittleman Associates, this dis-used distribution centre close to Old Street underground station was converted into a modern office in the early nineties. Yates Associates undertook the full detailed design of MEP services over five floor levels. The building is let to various sized business organisations.
