Bexhill On Sea
This has to be one of John Yates favourite Grade 1 listed icon building. He even has a tea mug !! Designed in 1935 by Erich Mendelsohn and Serge Chermayeff it was recognised as one of the first steel framed structures in the UK. Yates Associates were invited by the De La Warr Trust to prepare a study for the refurbishment and worked with architects John McAslan+ Partners.on the specialist lighting element.
