4.5m fitting out for S&W Berisford, Commodity Brokers
The building is situated close to Tower Hill and was previously occupied by the Co-op. Yates Associates undertook the detailed design of all mechanical, electrical and specialist lighting services. The floor desks are located above outlets in the raised floor fed via electrical bus-bar trunking systems.Each floor was fully air-conditioned, with heat provided from perimeter ceiling panels. The client mainly traded in coffee and cocoa, but the screens, unlike today were very bulky.
