A fine London mews house
Set in this glorious square close to Victoria mainline railway station, Yates Associates were invited to undertake the detailed design of the heating and electrical systems. The house has five levels with a self-contained Basement apartment. The heating was a wet system and electrics wired in pvc over 3-phases. Lighting was Lutron controlled.
